Brand Ambassador

As a successful candidate, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our products through various media channels. You will work closely with our sales and marketing division to achieve its marketing goals and objectives, such as communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand at launches and events.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Familiarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
  • Working closely with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Using our monthly product boxes and posting weekly on social media to raise brand awareness.
  • Educating customers, retailers, and distributors about our products.
  • Creating website and social media content in order to drive brand awareness and attract new customers.
  • Building rapport with customers and vendors.
  • Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the marketing department.
  • Tracking customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns.
  • Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows.
  • Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops.
  • Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.

 

What are we looking for? 

 

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication and networking skills, and a strong presence on social media. Previous experience as a brand ambassador or similar role is strongly desired, as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles.

 

As well as this the following are required;

 

  • Prior experience in a customer service environment.
  • Fun, friendly and outgoing personality. 
  • A strong social media following. A minimum of 1000 followers required. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
  • Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Virtual Assistant

Are you someone with previous experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role?

The virtual assistant's responsibilities will also include managing social media responses, email communications/marketing, website and inventory improvements.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Familiarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
  • Update the company website and driving improvements.
  • Communicating with customers via email and social media. 
  • Managing the social media messages and responses. 
  • Taking care of email marketing initiatives. 
  • Handling inventory inquiries and improvements. 
  • Other administrative duties as required.

 

What are we looking for?

Picker/Packer

Are you someone with previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or similar position? 

Are you looking for a position in a supportive, innovative and passionate team?

At qualiTEA, we strive to create moments of self care through intentional daily habits; of course tea time is at the top of that list. We are looking to hire an energetic picker to assist us in preparing orders for shipping. The picker will utilize requisitions and order sheets to pick a wide variety of items, place and arrange items in containers and bins following specific instructions, and arrange containers on pallets. The picker will check containers for damage, and confirm correct items and quantities are selected. You will perform duties in accordance with standard operating instructions, and ensure inbound and outbound shipments are correct and defect-free.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat and well-organized.
  • Packing incoming stock away, taking inventory and reporting shortages.
  • Keeping records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Picking orders as requested by management.
  • Sealing and tagging containers, confirming accuracy of orders and signing pick tickets to confirm.
  • Ensuring correct shipping information is attached and moving completed orders to shipping area.
  • Complying with OSHA and other safety regulations.
  • Assisting in maintaining security of warehouse.

 

What are we looking for? 

 

We are looking for someone who can perform to a high level of accuracy. Top candidates will be upstanding, organized and able to perform under pressure.

 

As well as this the following are required;

 

  • High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
  • 1+ years work experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with diverse range of people.
  • Proficient with using tools required for this position.
  • Physically agile and dexterous.
  • Proficient organizational skills.
