I purchased the teas with the infuser cup and the cup arrived broken. On the website it shows to take a photo of the broken item and they would take care of it. I did exactly that and received an email telling me to go to USPS to place a claim. I don’t understand why I need to place a claim, why can’t you send me the item again. The box doesn’t even say “fragile handle with care”! Ship your items with care, I waited over a month for my items. If item was to be shipped at a later time it should have been stated on website when I purchased it. This way I would understand the long wait! The company should do the claim to receive their money back not me! I too am a small black business owner and this is ridiculous! I also purchased from other small black tea businesses and never had this issue before. Will never purchase from this business again!
